Offering something for everyone this Christmas, Four Seasons’ eShop showcases six festive delights for well-heeled gourmands. All-you-need for a traditional feast from RELISH

Launching their ‘Relish At Home’ Festive Feasts in time for Christmas this year, specialist events and catering company RELISH brings the dinner to your door fully prepped, with only final touches and minimal cooking steps to have it fresh and hot upon serving.

The Holiday feast includes six traditional festive side dishes (Pigs in Blanket, Sage and Chestnut Stuffing, Brussells sprouts with bacon, Braised red cabbage and Duck fat roast potatoes), one family-sized main course (Beef Wellington with red wine sauce, Rolled Bronze Turkey breast and leg, with garlic and thyme, Salmon en Croute or a vegetarian option of Squash and Mushroom Nut Roast), one family-sized dessert (Sticky Toffee Pudding or Christmas Pudding with Brandy Butter), sauces (cranberry, gravy and bread sauce). It’s enough to feed six people and includes two bottles of wine (one red, one white) and a box of Christmas crackers.

French roast from LA ROTISSERIE

La Rotisserie specialises in serving the best poultry from France, serving as a cult favourite amongst many Hong Kongers. For Christmas, the takeaway hotspot is offering specially-curated menus which include à la carte and package offerings, for groups of six to ten people. Available from mid-November, the festive menus feature the exclusive dishes Free Range Turkey, Capon, Barbarie Duck or Free Range Chicken from France, which are perfect for Christmas.

There are four package offerings to choose from, all of which include side dishes of Sautéed French Beans with Sweet Potatoes & Chestnut, Truffle Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Chocolate Cake.
